Parent’s
Attention
At ZZen India Public School, we believe that education is most effective when
there is strong cooperation between parents and the school. Parents play a vital role in shaping the
character and performance of their children. To ensure the holistic development of every child, we request
parents to kindly follow these guidelines:
Academic Support
- Parents are expected to check the student handbook and homework daily, ensuring that
assignments are completed on time.
- Notes, circulars, or messages sent by teachers must be read and acknowledged regularly.
- If parents face difficulty in helping with homework, they should consult the
Headmaster/Principal for guidance.
School Communication
- Parents may meet teachers only after obtaining permission from the Headmaster/Principal.
- Examination reports must be personally signed by parents after every term.
- Children should not be taken from school during working hours except for unavoidable reasons, and
only parents/guardians will be permitted to do so.
Attendance and Leave
- Leave should be applied for in advance. If taken without prior permission, a leave letter
must be submitted the following day.
- Full attendance is encouraged, as regularity builds discipline and academic strength.
General Care
- Parents should motivate their children to understand the importance of education for their
future.
- Students are not permitted to leave the school premises without the permission of the
Principal.
Discipline and Safety
- Students from Std. VI onwards may come to school on bicycles; however, two-wheelers are strictly not
allowed.
- Children should not carry expensive items, large sums of money, or wear gold jewelry to school. The
school will not be responsible for loss of valuables.
- Parents must ensure a conducive home environment that supports study habits and discipline.
By working hand in hand with the school, parents help us achieve our mission of Empowering
Education and ensure that their children grow into disciplined, confident, and responsible individuals.
