At ZZen India Public School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in a nurturing and disciplined environment. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to give every child a fair opportunity.

Eligibility

  • Kindergarten (LKG & UKG): Admission is based on age eligibility as per CBSE norms.
  • Classes I – VII: Admission is subject to availability of seats and performance in the entrance assessment/interview.
  • The minimum age criteria for each class will be strictly followed.

Admission Procedure

  • Enquiry & Registration: Parents may visit the school office or contact us for enquiry. A registration form must be filled and submitted.
  • Interaction/Assessment: Students seeking admission to higher classes will undergo a basic test/interview to assess readiness.
  • Confirmation: Admission will be confirmed based on merit, availability of seats, and submission of required documents.
  • Fee Payment: Admission is finalized only after the prescribed fees are paid within the stipulated time.

Documents Required

  • Birth Certificate (original + copy).
  • Transfer Certificate (for admission from Class II onwards).
  • Previous school’s Report Card/Progress Report.
  • Passport-size photographs of the student and parents/guardians.
  • Aadhaar Card copy (student & parents).

Withdrawal Policy

  • Parents seeking withdrawal must submit a written application at least one month in advance.
  • All dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
  • Admission/Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • The school reserves the right to cancel admission if false information is provided or rules are violated.
